To request a weekend at the Cottage, please fill out and submit the form below. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with your registration. Your weekend request will be reserved once the six guest minimum requirement has been met. PayPal offers a secure on-line payment method. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your reserved weekend. If balance is not paid by due date, reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation

Deposits may be transferred to another weekend if cancellation is made with at least 30 days notice. There is a minimum requirement for the rate of six guests per weekend. In the event of last minute cancellations, it is the responsibility of each guest that cancels to find a replacement for herself. If she cannot find a replacement and the six guest minimum is still met, she will be refunded her total payment less the $100 non-refundable deposit. If she cannot find a replacement and the six guest minimum is not met due to a last minute cancellation, no refund will be made.

*It will be at the discretion of each group whether or not they choose to personally reimburse those that cancel and leave the group with less than the required six guest minimum.
